I am retired due to disability and moved to North Carolina to live in a warmer climate. I hurt my lower back at work over 4 years ago but still like to stay as active as possible. I eat GlutenFree, which means I dont eat anything containing wheat, rye, or barley. I am a great cook and have figured out how to make just about anything glutenfree except really good bread. I can bake really good regular bread, I just cant eat it.
